Truenga.com currently uses two payment providers: Stripe and PayPal. In turn, these payment providers offer the ability to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club (Credit Cards and Debit supported by Stripe). PayPal users may need to register for a PayPal account in order to use their payment options.

How do I know the payment is successful?

You will receive a transaction receipt in your email inbox used during your purchase that includes your order number and purchase receipt. If you did not receive your receipt please check your spam folder to make sure the email receipt was not mis-directed. For further questions use the contact us form and a member from our team will resend the receipt manually to your email inbox after verifying the correct email.

What should I do after payment?

After successful payment, we will process your order within 24 hours and ship it within 1-2 business days.
