After receiving your order, please open the package immediately and check whether the items are damaged during transit.

If damage occurs, please provide us with product photos, videos and the order number by using our contact us form within 48 hours or by emailing us at hello@truenga.com

We guarantee all orders to arrive free of defects and in brand new condition.

We stand behind our products and guarantee them to be free of manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days after purchase.

Misuse or normal wear and tear will not be considered to be covered under the warranty period.
